What kind of music does Lazy People play?
Warm, melodic and danceable. Expect feel-good house, disco influences, familiar vocals, soulful tracks and original Lazy People releases. The exact musical build is adapted to the venue, the audience and the moment.
Do you play weddings and private parties?
Absolutely. We especially enjoy events where there is room to build the atmosphere throughout the afternoon or evening. We discuss the preferred sound, important moments and any tracks that absolutely should — or absolutely should not — appear.
Can you play for an entire afternoon and evening?
Yes. Day-to-night sessions are one of our favourite formats. We begin in a relaxed way and gradually allow the pace and energy to grow.
Do you bring your own equipment?
That depends on the venue and the booking. We coordinate which DJ and sound equipment is already available and what may need to be added.
Do you only play in Leiden and the surrounding area?
No. Leiden is home, but the Lazy vibe travels well. Bookings are possible throughout the Netherlands and internationally.
Can guests request songs?
They can. We listen politely, assess professionally and reserve the right to lovingly ignore certain ideas.
